Gerry Patnode, assistant professor of Business Administration, was quoted in an Associated Press story on Tiger Wood's TV apology that has appeared in media outlets across the United States and around the world, including in New Zealand, Japan and Kuwait:
"The American people are incredibly forgiving of those who ask for forgiveness. But you have to ask for it in a sincere way," said Gerald Patnode, a branding expert at York College in Pennsylvania.
