York College of Pennsylvania will host an information session on its master of business administration (MBA) program at 6:30 p.m., Oct. 14, in Room 203 in the Business Administration Building. The event is open to the public free of charge. Reservations are required and may be made by contacting Brenda Adams at mba@ycp.edu or 717-815-1749.
Dr. Eric Hostler, director of the MBA program, will provide an overview of the program and admission requirements, as well as answer questions. Information, including an online application, is also available at www.ycp.edu/mba. Prospective students may begin classes as early as the Spring 2011 semester; those classes begin on Jan 19.
York College has offered the MBA since 1977, with concentrations in accounting, finance, human resource management, general business, management, marketing and a new specialization in continuous improvement. The program is accredited by the Association of College and Business School Programs.
