People Unhappy with Possible Postal Changes

March 2, 2010 ABC27 News

Eric Hostler, assistant professor/MBA coordinator, was interviewed by ABC27 on the U.S. Postal Service proposing service changes:

"There's just a lot of initiatives there where organizations are not only trying to 'go green,' so to speak, for the environmental impact, but also those are ways they have realized they can reduce their operating costs," said York College Professor Eric Hostler. He says the change is a sign of the times.

"We just expect some of those things, you know getting updates via e-mail or instant messages or whatever the case might be. We're a connected society. There's just this societal shift toward using technology more and more," said Hostler.
